Submitting Candidates To Jobs

Instructions

To submit a candidate to a job, please follow the steps in one of the options below.  

Option 1 – Submit From Candidates view Directly

  1. Open a Candidate view and locate a candidate record (or multiple records if you are submitting more than one candidate)
  2. Select (i.e Check ) the Candidate(s) you want to submit
  3. Click on the ‘More Actions’ button and select "Submit Candidate"  >  "To Job"
  4. A new window will open allowing you to select the job you want to submit to.  Select the job and click ‘OK’
  5. A new Email window will pop up, with the Default Resume of the candidate attached to the email.
  6. Change your Template and Signature if desired (Defaults will appear automatically).
  7. Optional:  Use the ‘CC’ or ‘BCC’ fields to choose additional recipients for this email
  8. Once your email is ready, click on the ‘Send’ Button








Option 2 – Submit From Jobs After Locating Candidates

  1. Open a Jobs View and locate a Job record
  2. Select (i.e Check ) the Job to which you want to submit candidates
  3. Click the ‘Submit Candidate’ Button on the menu bar and choose "Client"
  4. A new Email window will pop up, with the Default Resume of the candidate attached to the email.
  5. Change your Template and Signature if desired (Defaults will appear automatically).
  6. Optional:  Use the ‘CC’ or ‘BCC’ fields to choose additional recipients for this email
  7. Once your email is ready, click on the ‘Send’ Button
