Exelare - Ring Central Integration

If you use RingCentral for Calling and/or Texting and would like to integrate with Exelare.

Integrate RingCentral in Exelare, (Screen shots at the bottom)
1) Install RingCentral Softphone App to utilize the calling features.
2) In ExelareWeb, click on Profile (icon) at the top right corner and choose "Admin Module".
3) Click on "Integrations" and choose "RingCentral".
4) Click on "Sign In" and provide your RingCentral login credentials
    a) EMail Address/RingCentral Phone Number
    b) Password
5) Click on "Login"
6) Please click on "Authorize" to authorize Exelare connection with RingCentral.
7) Check "Use RingOut method" and click on "Save".

When the integration is finished, the user will have,

Call Controls 
Allows customers to manage their calls straight from the RingCentral Softphone™ desktop client. Mute, Keypad, Hold, Record, Transfer, and more controls are available.

Inbound Calling
This will capture inbound calls and display caller information in Exelare and the RingCentral Softphone™ desktop client. The user will have the option of answering or rejecting the call.

Outbound Calling
This feature allows users to make phone calls using the RingCentral Softphone™ desktop software. All calls will be logged within Exelare History/Notes and RingCentral applications call history.

Texting
Making and receiving business calls from cell phones is a VoIP standard practice. But what about business texting?

Exelare has gotten a head start on exploring this new realm with RingCentral Business SMS, which allows its users to send and receive text messages and calls using one RingCentral number directly from Exelare. This feature allows users to send & receive text message within Exelare. All text messages sent from Exelare are logged within Exelare History/Notes and RingCentral applications text history.
