One who you are not currently doing business with is referred to as a lead. They are a potential client that you may have met at a networking event or whose information was handed on to you by a colleague. It might also be someone new to a firm with whom you currently conduct business. The objective is that by engaging with the Lead and qualifying them, you will generate an Opportunity.
Add Leads
To add leads in Exelare,
1) Click on "Leads" in the menu and choose "Active Leads".
2) Click on "New" at the top left corner.
3) Enter the details and click on "Save" button to save the record.
