Exelare - HubSpot Integration

If you use HubSpot and want to connect it to Exelare.

Configure HubSpot Integration:
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in HubSpot and copy the API key.  
  2. Click the Profile icon > Admin Module > Integrations in ExelareWeb.  
  3. Select HubSpot.
  4. Insert the API key there, then click Owner and choose your HubSpot login name.
  5. Save the changes.  
Push Exelare contacts/candidates to HubSpot:
  1. Open the Contact/Candidate.
  2. Check Push To HubSpot.
  3. When you save the record, it will be sent to HubSpot.
  4. The fields shown below will be forwarded to HubSpot. (Please contact support@cbizsoft.com if you want to modify the field mappings)
    JobTitle, Company Name, Rate, City, State, Zip Code, EMail1, UserField2 > Functional Title HubSpot, UserField4 > Area of Expertise
