Wouldn’t it be your life easy, if you are able send text (SMS) messages from your ATS software or you use for your business instead of switching to your mobile device or leave your computer?

To send a text message you would first have to setup a paid account with Swift SMS Gateway.

Setup SMS Gateway

1. http://www.smsgateway.ca/Instructions.aspx#get sign up with them and make a note of the following details.
   a) SMS Gateway "Account Key".
   b) Sender Phone Number.
2. In Exelare Web, click on the profile icon at the top right corner and choose “Settings”.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on “SMS Settings” tab.
   
   
   
   
4. Copy and paste the “Account Key” under Swift SMS.
5. Enter the 10-digit Sender Phone Number without any hyphens or special characters.
6. Click on “Save”.
7. Logout and login back into Exelare Web.

1. Send Single Text Message
   a) Select (i.e., Check) a Contact/Candidate.
   b) Click on “SMS” button in the menu bar.
   
   
   
   c) Choose “Swift SMS Gateway” option (if prompted).
   
   
   
   d) In the popup window, type in the text message and click on “Send”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Send Bulk Text Message
   a) Search Contacts/Candidates.
   
   
   
   b) Click on “SMS” button in the menu bar and choose "Searched".
   
   
   
   c) Choose “Swift SMS Gateway” option (if prompted).
   
   
   
   d) In the popup window, type in the text message and click on “Send”.
